Designed and implemented the restaurant’s loyalty rewards program from the ground up. Led research and interviews with loyalty platform providers, helped define the points and rewards structure, and designed the program landing page for handoff to the web development team. Created in-store signage, email marketing, and social assets to support launch and ongoing promotion. Continue to manage and maintain the program.
Developed and launched a Valentine’s Day scratch-off card campaign focused on customer retention and seasonal revenue growth. Every card was a winner, with an extended redemption period through late February and March to drive repeat visits during a historically slow season. Designed BBQ-themed Valentine’s cards and supported the campaign with coordinated social posts, email marketing, and in-store signage.
Built on the success of the Valentine’s Day scratch-off campaign by expanding the concept into the holiday gift card promotion. Enhanced the traditional “bonus card” offer by adding scratch-off incentives to create a more engaging guest experience. Every card was a winner, with values ranging from $5 to $100, driving increased excitement, staff participation, and gift card sales. Collaborated with the accounting team to strategically determine prize value distribution and redemption mix.
